EMILYA is a San Francisco lifer. She started telling stories before she could write and has way too many unfinished stories to count. She holds a BA in Journalism and an MFA in Motion Picture and Television. She is currently working on a sci-fi/fantasy hybrid series.
JACQUELINE SUN – CO-FOUNDER, WRITER
JACQUELINE is a writer from San Francisco making the transition from science to writing. It was a long time coming. Jacqueline likes writing both short and long fiction. She is currently working on two different spy/mystery novellas.
ADAM EZAGOURI – CONTRIBUTING WRITER
ADAM is a film, TV and game reviewer specializing in all things great (or not so great) and retro. He enjoys watching or making movies, writing, podcasting and reading eyebrow-raising sci-fi novels.
ROSE RIMLER – CONTRIBUTING WRITER
ROSE is a one-time fiction writer and one-time scientist. She’s turned her efforts to science writing, which she does freelance out of Portland, OR. But she also loves to mouth off about stuff she doesn’t have to fact-check.
LAURREL ALLISON – CONTRIBUTING WRITER
Laurrel Allison is a young writer and school teacher currently living in South Africa.
From the States though she may be, she prefers giving in to wanderlust.
Laurrel is a writer for various publications. She is known to enjoy taking a cuppa, playing video games, as well as watching You’re the Worst.

ANGIE FIELDER SUTTON – CONTRIBUTING WRITER
ANGIE is a writer, editor, and all around fangirl geek. Her current passions are Sherlock, Welcome to Night Vale, and Doctor Who, and has been published on Den of Geek, The Mary Sue, and LA Weekly, to name a few. Currently working for a nonprofit in Los Angeles, she covers geek and theatre stuff, with the occasional other items of interest, over on her website, www.angiefsutton.com
ROSIE GONCE – CONTRIBUTING WRITER
ROSIE was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California. She earned a BA in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. She currently lives in Oakland with her husband, Colin and two cats, Mickey and Vivienne. When Rosie’s not writing, she’s molding the minds of children, banging on drums, drawing silly comics, walking dogs, traveling the world, camping, partying, and reading. She also contributes to Razorcake magazine (non-profit punk) as both a comic artist and writer.
AMANDA DOUGHERTY – CONTRIBUTING WRITER
AMANDA was born in San Francisco and has lived in the city, Sonoma, southern California, and most recently in Chicago. She’s fond of chocolate chips, period dramas, YA novels, and feminist interpretations of just about anything.
ARZHANG ZAFAR – CONTRIBUTING WRITER
ARZHANG is a freelance writer and occasional video artist from the Bay Area, though all of this is subject to change. Right now, he mostly wants to write about stuff he likes and is currently working on too many projects at once.

SYDNEY was born and raised in San Francisco. She is currently getting her law degree in Washington DC. Before law school, she was an actress at the Beverly Hills Playhouse in San Francisco. She is currently working on her first full-length play.
MAGGIE BERARDO – CONTRIBUTING WRITER
MAGGIE is a fiction writer, and reviewer of all things campy. She has been writing since 2012 when she made her debut publication in the Aurora Undergraduate Literary Magazine and has since gotten articles published in a variety of online and print platforms. She enjoys video games, marine biology, and scaring herself half to death watching horror movies with too many jump scares.
CHRISTINA M. RAU – CONTRIBUTING WRITER
CHRISTINA is a poet, blogger, and professor from Long Island, NY. Her collections include WakeBreatheMove (Finishing Line Press 2015) and For The Girls, I (Dancing Girl Press 2014). Her forthcoming collection, Liberating The Astronauts, is preparing to launch (Aqueduct Press 2017). When she’s not writing or giving grammar lessons, she’s practicing yoga and dancing and being gloriously awkward.
ERRICKA X – CONTRIBUTING WRITER
ERRICKA curates the artist collective Daughters of D.I.G. – an Oakland-based QTPOC tribe, dedicated to passing on the art of digging for knowledge of self through a transformative creative and collective process. Erricka is also an arts and entertainment podcast host and radio contributor. She has also written for the Oakland Post, New America Media and the SF Gate.
E.C. HENRY – CONTRIBUTING WRITER
E. C. HENRY is the author of over a hundred unfinished stories and a few finished ones. She grew up in Memphis, TN and currently lives in Northern CA with her husband and children.
